OGK-5 plays a special role in the provision of successful social development of the regions of presence – South Federal District, Central Russia, including Moscow, Moscow and Tver Oblasts, and the Urals. We provide jobs to thousands of Russian citizens – both our own employees and employees working in supply companies.
Each OGK-5’s employee has good employment benefits stipulated in the Collective Agreement. The company pays a lot of attention to personnel incentives and creation of safe and comfortable labour conditions. We strive to make the most of the labour and creative potential of our workers, built up corporate solidarity and adherence to the company’s interests.
In accordance with the Development Strategy of JSC OGK-5, key employee groups have been established, which are trained within the framework of the Corporate Training System. While selecting training centres we choose the ones having a good reputation in the sphere of professional training and education.
Besides being a conscientious taxpayer to all levels of budgets, we provide charity aid to citizens and organisations within the framework of the Social Partnership Programme of JSC OGK-5 approved by the Company’s Board of Directors. The Programme includes aid to educational institutions, children’s and youth collectives, veterans, health organisations, the sick and disabled. We also support various events aimed at the creation of a favourable social environment in the regions of presence of OGK-5. |
