The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (Minutes 4/08 dd. 31/03/2008) preliminarily approved the candidacy of ZAO KPMG. On April 16, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Company adopted the resolution to recommend the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company to ratify ZAO KPMG as the Company’s auditor (Minutes 10 dd. 21 April 2008).
Based on the voting results at the AGSM, the meeting adopted the resolution to ‘ratify ZAO KPMG as the Company’s auditor (Auditing License no. 003330 dd. 17 January 2003, with the license period extended until 17 January 2013)’ (Minutes 1 dd. 19/05/2008).
