The Company was founded in the form of an open joint stock company, which means that its share capital is divided into shares with an equal nominal value of each share and the amount of the aggregate nominal value of all such shares constitutes the Company’s share capital and that the shares in the Company may be sold by their holders to any third parties without entailing any rights of first refusal or any approvals on the part of other shareholders or the Company.

Shares of OGK-5 were the first among wholesale generation companies to be traded on Russian stock exchanges, RTS and MICEX. All of the company’s shares are fully paid, issued and outstanding.
